This was a first for me. A bride that I went on family vacations with in middle school. The little sister to one of my very best friends who I would get in trouble with for picking on during after school hangouts. Even though she was that younger sibling to our friends, to me there was always something about Karrie that made her seem older than us. I think a large part of that, from my perspective, is how she always seemed to grab life and go after the things she wanted with the most genuine spirit.
Flash forward to her wedding day and all I can see is that incredible person who took chances, made heartfelt decisions and ended up with someone who makes her happy in a way that as a honorary big sister I know is right and good and pure love.
Henry, you’re pretty cool too.

RECEPTION
This is one of the most creative (and dedicated) ways I have ever see anyone do escort cards. I also think this is a great way to start up some good conversations with people at your table because you know Karrie and Henry were ruthless when picking photos of their guests for this huge polaroid display board.
Fun fact: Karrie still buys, uses and develops disposable cameras (a girl after my own heart) so this was a pretty awesome personal touch.
I’d like to end this post with a special shoutout to some people who know how to break it down… you know who you are.
Karrie and Henry, thank you so much for allowing me to be part of this day and all the fun leading up to it. I love you both!
